Our Story
Redondel Diamante was created in Jalisco as a reflection of Mexico’s cultural richness and dedication to craft. The name is inspired by the redondel, a traditional circular arena used in Mexican celebrations, often as a space for music, community, and shared moments. It is a place where stories are told, where traditions live on, and where people come together.
For the founders, the redondel carries personal significance. One was built as a tribute to their family’s journey in tequila making, decorating it with caps from bottles of their earlier brands. Over the years, it has hosted performances by some of Mexico’s most respected musicians, becoming a symbol of the family’s deep ties to culture, music, and craft.
Each bottle of Redondel Diamante is made from carefully selected Agave Tequilana Weber Azul, using a production process that honors traditional methods while maintaining the highest standards of quality. The tequila is bottled by hand, ensuring attention to detail at every step.

We use only 100% Agave Tequilana Weber Azul, which is carefully hand-selected at peak maturity forming the heart of our spirit. From there, every step is guided by modern, low-impact techniques.
Our facility runs on solar energy, and our distillation process preserves the agave’s natural richness while minimizing environmental impact. Even the leftover agave fibers are repurposed as natural fertilizer, returning nourishment to the land that gave them life.
Each bottle is hand-filled in small batches — because true craftsmanship can’t be rushed. The result: a tequila that’s clean, smooth, and full of character. A product of craft, conscience, and commitment.
